วิธีเริ่มต้นใช้ Power Automate

Step 1: เข้าใช้งาน

1. ไปที่ flow.microsoft.com
2. Login ด้วย Microsoft Account (Work/School)
3. เข้าสู่หน้า Home ของ Power Automate

Step 2: สร้าง Flow แรก

1. คลิก Create
2. เลือก Automated cloud flow
3. ตั้งชื่อ Flow
4. เลือก Trigger (เช่น "When a new email arrives")
5. คลิก Create

Step 3: เพิ่ม Actions

1. คลิก New step
2. ค้นหา Action ที่ต้องการ
3. ตั้งค่า Action
4. Map ข้อมูลจาก Trigger

Step 4: Test และ Save

1. คลิก Test
2. เลือก "Manually" หรือ "Automatically"
3. ทดสอบว่าทำงานถูกต้อง
4. คลิก Save

1. Email to Teams

Trigger: Outlook - When a new email arrives Action: Microsoft Teams - Post message

    → โพสต์แจ้งเตือนใน Teams channel

2. Approval Workflow

Trigger: SharePoint - When an item is created Actions:

1. Start and wait for an approval

มีคำขอใน SharePoint
    → ส่งขออนุมัติ
    → อนุมัติ → แจ้ง Email "อนุมัติแล้ว"
    → ปฏิเสธ → แจ้ง Email "ไม่อนุมัติ"

3. Email Attachment to OneDrive

Trigger: Outlook - When a new email with attachment arrives Action: OneDrive - Create file

มี Email ที่มี Attachment
    → บันทึกไฟล์ลง OneDrive อัตโนมัติ

4. Teams Message to Excel

Trigger: Teams - When a message is posted Condition: Contains specific keyword Action: Excel - Add row

มีข้อความใน Teams ที่มีคำว่า "Report"
    → บันทึกลง Excel

5. Scheduled Report

Trigger: Recurrence - Every Monday 9 AM Actions:

1. Excel - Get rows
2. Compose (Create HTML table)
3. Outlook - Send email

ทุกวันจันทร์ 9 โมง
    → ดึงข้อมูลจาก Excel
    → สร้างตาราง
    → ส่ง Email Report
